The hotel's location is nice and it's close to the water, with beautiful views if you manage to get a good room. It's also convenient if you want to visit Torres del Paine national park or go to the city center. the lobby is cozy with comfortable sofas. the room we stayed in was extremely small with a cramped bathroom. the service was adequate, if not overly accommodating, and breakfast was just okay.

The hotel wasn't very well maintained, with outdated furnishings and poor lighting in the room.
